Blurb: The Legacy boys are Windsor Preparatory Academy’s most privileged. No one crosses the devil spawn of this town’s upper echelon, but I managed. I call one of them out my first day, and no one hears it louder than their blond prince. Dorian Prinze is as cruel as he is beautiful and once he sets his sights on me, he refuses to let go. Apparently, I bother him by simply existing at my new school and no matter what I do, I can’t stay off the radar of him and his boys. He says I make too much noise and stupid me for not caring. Some really messed up stuff brought my brother and me to this town, and I won’t bow down to these elitist. Something tells me going to war with the cruel prince of Maywood Heights may level both our foundations, but I won’t go down without a fight. I’ll do whatever it takes to win Dorian’s devious and twisted games.

Review:  So far, I’m enjoying this series. This is the first book in the Court Legacy series. I’m reading it after reading the Court High and Court Legacy series. While it is an academy romance like the Court High books, it’s not the same. I don’t feel like I’m reading a Young Adult romance. For those who love bully romance, this should hit the spot! However, like Court High, it does have mystery and suspense that span several books and ends in a HFN with a cliffhanger. Why did I rate it 4 1/2 and not 5 stars? Mostly because I didn’t like her name. Her actual name is Noa Sloane, which is okay, but I have a hard time believing an 18-year-old girl would go by her last name of Sloane. The author provides no reason as to why she goes by her last name, so it was just weird.

Recommendation: Even though you can read these without reading either Court High or Court University first, I would highly recommend reading both before starting this series. I enjoyed reading the Court High series even though the spice level was a 2 1/2 – 3 and it provides a lot of the backstory for Court University and Court Legacy.
